Also, I am pleased to announce the grand opening of the Sims3Fanatics Communities NEW Sims3Tutorials Section. We currently have 3 fully illustrated tutorials that are meant to help all of our Sims3 Friends to:

Easter Update

May I introduce Petra Cottontail, the Female Easter Bunny. She's far more fashionable then her older brother Peter Cottontail, and certainly not as cuddly - but you can be sure, she's just as generous with baskets full of delightful candy on Easter Morning! Petra is available in 6 different poses (and outfits), she along with several new walls for you all to enjoy this Easter Holiday!

The bunnies are either EP free or may require Living Large. You can find them in the Gifts Group, in the files folder "Easter 2009" and a photo in the Easter 2009 album. Enjoy & Happy Easter!

Lots of New Things

Its been a while since some new things have been release, but I assure you, the Sims Fanatics Community has not been abandoned for the Sims 2 or 3. I'm still creating here and there for the Sims 1, but my time is very limited. But today I do have a few new things which hopefully will make up for lost time. Starting with a recolor of one of my favorite Sims Makin Magic Ovens - the love C&C Enterprise's Baker's Oven. A while ago I needed a black oven to match a black kitchen set I was using, unable to find one that matches properly, I decided to recolor the C&C one - and just didn't get around to releasing it to you until just now.

Next is a set of new rugs inspired by a digital scraps Alpha set. The Pink Alphabet Rugs are available in every letter A - Z. Create whatever words you like with them. Don't worry guys, someday I will make a more masculine version of this.

And finally new additions to a set I've been working on and releasing pieces of here and there - the Caffe Latte Cafe. The new additions include several "Cafe" Paintings, 5 coffee drinks - which are cloned from the Around The Sims all surface hot drink's base. These are basically glasses filled with unique Cafe Style Beverages. I've also hacked this object further to increase the fun, comfort and energy - to make them more like typical cafe drinks. There's also a little Sidewalk Specialties Board, and 3 different cafe tables.

There's a few more new releases, 3 more new rug sets - the Madeira Onyx Set, Mindre Lapis Set, and Midnight On The Edge Set. All three rug sets include all rug sizes. You can find these and the Alphabet Rugs in the Rug's Group

I just finished uploaded the next batch of new walls & floors to the Walls & Floors Group . You'll find a load of new walls & floors for your Sim's bedrooms, dining rooms, exteriors, & hallways. Plus there's new Pagan themed walls, misc. themed walls, and 2 new murals. I have a load more which the graphics are finished on, however I hadn't time to put them through Homecrafter yet - soon as I do, I'll upload them for you. And once I finish going through my folders & create previews, I should have some completed objects for you too.

Caffe Latte & More

Today I have the start of a brand new set for you all. This new set is called "Caffe Latte" - and if you hadn't guessed just by the name (lol), its a cafe. I have two pieces of this set for you today - the chalkboard (which doubles as an easel) that you can see in the picture and a wall lamp. There's alot of additional pieces of this set in the works - so keep checking back for further updates!

In addition to that, I've uploaded a bunch of new exterior walls & floors - mostly brick - just incase you all don't have enough variety for the exterior of your Simmies homes! You can find all these goodies in Group 1

Passionate For Purple Scrap Kit

Something a little different. This is my first scrap kit - and though its not a Sims Creation, I thought I'd share it with all of you, perhaps your into digital scrap booking - or maybe you'd like to use it for something else - as you may be aware, I have been using scraps created by friends recently to make new Sims objects & Incredimail Stationaries. So you can use these papers I made for whatever your heart desires! These papers were originally intended for a totally different kit that I'm still working on, however, they just didn't seem to match the theme of that other kit. So here we are with the Passionate About Purple Paper's Kit. I do have a few similar frames that I've made, so at a later time, perhaps there will be the an add-on to this kit. Hope you all like these - and don't worry, this new hobby won't at all take time away from my Simming - I still like creating new Sims things much more then I like making scraps! Wiccan Way & Moonstone Moss Collection

The Wiccan Way & Moonstone Moss Collections is a compilation of 2 different sets that I decided to put together to make 1 big new Pagan Themed set for you all. The Wiccan Way Items include 6 walls, 6 3x3 rugs, a 4 tile Pentacle table, & a window. These objects were all designed using a scrap kit created by Scrapin Time Fun.

The Moonstone Moss Collection is the start of a Pagan Shoppe/Cafe that just never got finished. In this set I've included a new chalice, 4 new paintings, a welcome mat, oil diffuser & 2 shop/cafe signs. One of these days I'll complete the Moonstone Moss Cafe/Shoppe, but for now, I hope you all enjoy the new items! You can find all the items in Group 1 in the Pagan/Wiccan Themed Files folder.

New Victorian Furniture from Rougue

Can it be? Another new addition from Rougue in the same week? Yep it sure is! These two new pieces are something everyone can enjoy, no matter what your age! If you like Victorian styled furniture have a good look! Your simmies will be able to enjoy a brand new "Recamier" aka Love Seat, and a lovely new side table! These are both availabe in SFC Group 1 - in the Family Room files folder and if you need another look at the objects, check out the Family Room Photo Album. And if you don't have all Expansion Packs, don't worry, these two items don't need any!
Just a little caution, the Recamier shouldn't be put against walls, it does bleed through the wall in 2 views. I've done all I could to remedy this problem, but the object is as stubborn as a goat! However, it looks lovely in the middle of a room, so I couldn't keep it from you any longer!

The Java Ro ADULT Bedroom Set

The brand new **adult** bedroom set I promised you several weeks ago is finally available! Due to game issues and later illness I was unable to do final testing on the set, which is what caused the dely - but I assure you, I did finally manage to get it all tested & fixed the 1 minor problem & now is working & ready for your Sims enjoyment!

So are you wondering why its called Java Ro? Simple....when I started making this set, it was at first just going to be a bed - and looking through all my textures with my terrible eyes, I picked this one particular texture which was brown with black lines - little did I realize until I completed one side of the bed was those black lines formed the shape of a steaming coffee cup. Hence the "Java" name. After completing the bed I decided to complete it with the addition of dressers, night tables, and so on - mainly because I never made an entire adult bedroom set - and because I couldn't decide on anything I liked from images to work with, I used partial images which I combined, plus hand-drew alot of it as well - hence the "Ro" for "rougue" lol.

The set consists of this marvoulous bed - which I cannot thank Claudia enough for allowing me to recolor/rexture & to not only use her animations for it, but also for allowing me to upload the animations to this group making it easier for all of you! Plus 3 dressers - 1 is a working dresser, the other two are bookcases drawn to appear like a Lingerie Chest type of dresser & single tall dresser, the night stand, desk, 2 sexy paintings, an old fashioned phone, romantic candle & giant cologne sculpture. You can find an image of this in the Bedroom Photo Album, and look to the bedrooms / java ro files folder/subfolder to download. Be sure to read all the read me files for proper installation instructions & enjoy!

Just a reminder this is an **ADULT** bedroom set - in other words there are things in this set that are improper for minors to see, which is why it is only available in the Adult (over 18) group. To join the group, you must be 18 or older & have your age listed in your yahoo profile or your membership will not be approved.

Announcing the NEW Sims2 Fanatics Community!

SFC staff members Rosemary and Gandalf, as well as other faithful SFC members, have expressed and interest in making Sims2 objects, we have decided it's time to build a Sims2 Fanatics community!

Well, I have built it and now all we need is for the Sims2 Fanatics to start joining and adding their creations to share! That said, I am now declaring the NEW Sims2 Fanatics Community YahooGroup!

Please keep in mind, friends, that it is brand new and as of yet there are not very many downloads. At this point in time, only SFC staff members Rosie and Gandalf are making Sims 2 objects. However, both have expressed an interest in developing more fabulous custom content, so let's all encourage them to follow their dreams!

1.18.2008 Broken Links, New Links, and WELCOME!

Broken Links Fixed

It has come to my attention that several of the SFC links have been broken, so I have been diligently fixing them over the last few weeks. These include links on the Splash Page Plus!, Rosemary’s Garden, Heaven Simmed, SFC Yak-Yaks, and SFC Payphones!

All download links should now be functioning on all the pages, except for the Haunted Hotel, because I have decided to redo some things on it to figure a way to send the ghost with the download for those of you who want the complete set. You can still get the replacement payphones, however, thanks to Rougue who had them all backed up! Thanks, also, to Rosemary, who made recovering all of her objects simple! (You are both good friends!)

Unplayable Properties Have Been Made Playable!

Many of you may not be aware of houses 00 and 11 in your game. These two lots do not appear in the neighborhood screen. What they are, are two very large properties, which many of us would love to have access to. Only problem with them is that they are missing the some or all the proper portals. Perhaps the Maxis people meant for this to be so, so that only they would have access to these two particular lots - but alas every locked door does have a key somewhere. Its just a matter of finding that key.

And thanks to the genius' of such wonderful sites like Bunker Sims and Simlogical, I've been able to find the key, and unlock those doors! I've turned both house00 and house11 into playable lots and have repaired all the missing portals and tested out the lots. Now they are working great and ready for construction!

So if your looking for some new properties visit the SFC Estates today, and purchase one of these two properties! Hey the price is right - they are free! Just make sure you visit the right Real Estate Agent - Rougue other wise you might end up with a beautiful home or fun filled vacation lot instead!

The day I uploaded my latest lot, I had a hard drive crash and had to re install my computer. I went back to XP and am probably going to stay with it. This is a perfect example, though, for following my saving your sims tutorial. A great example of what to not do. Since I forgot to save my walls directory, I have had to search for them on the net. So, please, don't follow my bad example.

For those of you Simmies out there who are looking to soak up the

How's the Holly Hobbie Bedroom Setcoming along? So far I have two night stands(end tables) completed, one of the two dressers I plan is complete, several walls and an area rug completed. The bed however - still giving me some trouble. Seems that the children would prefer to sleep with only part of the blanket covering their little bodies - making it awfully silly looking! Yesterday, June 28, I uploaded my set of patriotic objects for the Independence Day vacation Lot #46. My planned release date is July 1st, however as soon as I hear back from my testing partner I will release the Lot.

The Mushroom bedroom set ! now available

Hello Everyone !

I wanted to let you all know that you can now find, on my SFC guest page, my bran new creation : The Mushroom children bedroom set !

This colorful and mushroom themed bedroom, is entirely made using Anim8tor, my favorite 3D program !

Of course, I used as a base, the cheap burgundy single bed...but added some room scrore, energy, comfort ...and a headboard/footboard ! :0)

Please note that the table and the lamp cabinet requires Living Large.

The coat peg dresser, and the bed are only to be used by children, but anyone can tuck-in !

Update to Group 1

A little update to group 1. I have a few new building supplies for you. Sticking with the white theme that I seem to be so fond of most recently, I have a white wood door frame, interior door and Windsor style window for you. In Addition I also have a new set of pool rugs for you as well to give your Simmies pool a whole new look - the Crystal Clear Pool Rug Set. You'll be able to find these in the group under the build mode and the outdoor/for the pool files folders if you'd like to download them.

Rougue's Independance Day Update

I've just uploaded my little Independance Day creations for you in the gifts groups! What I have for you is some swim suits for the whole family, an comfy stylish outfit for women to wear as well. Plus a patio set, a Flag for your Simmies pool, plenty of rugs, walls and a floor.

The new SFC Updates Blog

I have built us an update blog to make announcing updates easier! All it takes is for one message to be posted by any SFC staff member, (or other authorized Sims Fanatic), to send the news to all of the SFC pages that have the code. I will be assigning posting authorization to all SFC staff members, so they can post their updates there as well. I will also assign posting levels to other Sims Community owners, who are members of the SFC and would like to post their updates with us, after proper approval!

This new Update system is posted conveniently on all of the SFC pages that I maintain! I will also offer the code to Rougue and any other SFC members with a webpage who would love to have SFC updates on their pages as well!

You can view the Update Blog as a web page by visiting the updates link or by simply clicking on the ‘SFC Updates’ box located next to the SFC QickLaunch at the top of every SFC page I maintain.

SFC Custom Yak-Yak Collection

Thankfully, Gnohmon formerly of Livin’ it Up, now a retired Simming Site, has kindly given me permission to recolor and reshape his incredible Yak-Yak! I had been working on several earlier this year, when unfortunately I had a puter crash that caused me to lose several Simming projects I had going, leaving me with little alternative but to start over.

After several weeks of having only spare moments to work on any of my projects, I finally got the finishing touches done on the Yak-Yak collection I started so long ago. I am so delighted to announce the launch of my new Sims Download page, the 'SFC Custom Yak-Yak Collection'!

Splash Screens Plus!

This is a project I had in the works for close to a year, now. I put it on the back burner, when my computer crashed forcing me to do a reformat of my puter.

The project got a new dose of energy when Gandalf sent me a nifty Splash Screen he had made and wanted to share with the SFC. Thanks to him, I put forth the extra effort to finish the Splash Screens Plus! Page!

In addition to custom Splash Screens for your Sims 1 game, you will also find LoadLoops to help you further customize your Sims to your perfect taste!
